I asked for a white coffee and the assistant rung up £4 on the till, then she repeated "white coffee" and without any explanation she then rang up £3.30 and I swiped the reader. The following day I checked my bank account and found 2 debits, one for £4 and one for £3. I emailed Costa Coffee, recorded my bank details and requested a £4 refund. Rachael, from Costa Coffee replied they don't offer refunds and that I needed to contact the shop and arrange to meet the manager for the refund. Rachael did offer a free coffee but that would be dependent on me signing up the the Costa Club. Hmmm. Seem

I visited this Costa after having treatment but unfortunately I was told the seating was shut from 2.30 pm - take away only. The place shuts at 7pm. I can’t understand why it would need to shut. 1 adult on the tills not overly busy, 1 adult cleaning tables /on her phone. Some people come in - looking like they needed a seat for a few minutes but they were quickly told “you can’t sit down” “take out only!”

Costa's at Milton Keynes University hospital is a great place to take a refreshment and food break in the busy out patients area of the hospital. A nice place to get away from the hospital routines of patients coming and going to various departments within the hospital. Costa's staff are friendly and the coffees and teas are a welcome to those who want a rest or are waiting for their appointments. During the weekdays it gets at times very busy, but after 5pm it tends to get a quieter feel until 8pm when Costa's closes for the day. They sell food such as sandwiches and cakes and bottles of sof

The two girls serving here need a lesson in customer service. Talking amongst themselves for a minute before serving anyone. Openly talking negatively about colleagues that aren’t present. Tuesday 9th Sept 9am
