This is one of my favorite costa branch as it is very good place to work from, atmosphere is great and the view is also nice as it’s all glass to see outside from where you have your coffee. The staff were nice and friendly and he made my coffee as it should be, i also asked for an extra shot of coffee and they didn’t charge me for it. My drink this time was iced salted caramel frappe with two shots of coffee and cream on top. It was absolutely smashing. There is a parking lot outside the place which is outside Next.

I have just visited Costa in the upper mall in The White Rose, Leeds. A member of staff was sweeping the floor. After sweeping three quarters of the area, she picked the brush up and proceeded to brush a low table for two with THE SWEEPING BRUSH!!!! Yep...the one she was sweeping the floor with. It was quiet, probably thought no one was watching. Never went back with a clean cloth!!!! Perhaps it's acceptable these days...or not!😔

Wow, both baristas were miserable. Came on the 16th June. The atmosphere was poor, both faces were miserable. Hardly a smile out of any of them. Coffee was great though

Just sat in the Costa Coffee, long queue for service. The tables and place are an absolute dump. No cleaners anywhere. Just utterly disgusting. GET IT CLEANED. Saturday 1:45. 16th May.
