Amazing pub! My favourite local in Southside. Great vibe, great beer and wonderful to see it open again. Popped in this week after the refurbishment and the place is looking incredible!! Great to see some of my favourite staff on again: Andy, Beth and Linda, welcomed back like an old friend. Can’t wait for warmer weather to get into the beer garden again. So glad it’s looking so good after the closure, keeping the vibe of the warm, spacious feel yet cosy atmosphere.

We booked a table here before the Take That gig on Saturday. Having never been here before, its deceiving from the outside with just a doorway between shops but it's like a tardis inside. It's so lovely and fresh with different seating areas, pool tables, a lovely mezzanine and even a beer garden. What I really liked was that every single one of the staff were all friendly, smiley and just generally happy and good fun. Jackie the manager was great and so welcoming. I was lucky enough to be there for the opening night after the recent refurbishment. The pub felt warm and inviting straight away—such a lovely atmosphere. It was wonderful to see Beth’s big smile behind the bar as always! The live singer they had was fantastic too; it would be brilliant if he could come back and perform regularly on Saturday nights. The whole place looks so fresh and vibrant now—it’s such a lovely pick-me-up. It’s always been a great local pub, and the refurb has made it even better!

Such a great pub. Staff are always so welcoming and the place looks so brilliant following its refurb. Perfect place to go for a pint before the football or events at Hampden. Beth behind the bar is always great chat and good for recommendations of drinks to try.
