Raymond Stitt★★Just ordered a regular latta here at Costa. The staff didn't listen to me when I said my app isn't working and no time to fix it. I got it fixed and they did offer to print out receipt for me to to get points online. I said not to worry. Just a nice smile and be pleasant to customer would be nice.
