Visited Costa today and honestly, the staff were brilliant. Really friendly and welcoming, and they made my drink exactly how I like it. The whole place had a nice vibe and honestly made my day better. You don’t often get service like that. Definitely one of the best Costa branches I’ve been to. I’ll be coming back for sure. Visited today Saturday during busy period. Tables were cleared as fast as they were being occupied again. Coffee was excellent. Staff that were working never stopped and heard someone had called in sick resulting in everyone working very hard to keep up with the queues and tables. Staff and service was great and worked well under pressure.

Been here a few times. This is a fairly standard Cost Coffee like most others in the franchise. This branch gets busy sometimes as it's right in the shopping centre and therefore gets a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes it feels a little understaffed because the tables aren't cleaned as often as needed. Other than that, the coffee is with a reasonable selection of cakes and light lunch items. The service is the usual Costa Coffee standard, friendly and efficient.

Visited about 4.50 pm on Sunday. Server clearly not in good mood and just wanted home. Didn't listen to order, just said absolutely fine .....but it wasn't. Then went about crashing everything in her path and making a lot of noise. Encountered this person before and same attitude. Don't think well be back Not at all enjoyable.
