Usually this Starbucks is great and I would give it 5 stars but today when I was in a rush to get back to work the servers were too busy chatting to each other for ages and Rhys was looking at stuff on his phone, no one being remotely efficient or having any sense of urgency to make my drink or anyone else’s. I was waiting at least 5 minutes after the lady before me picked hers up and there was a delay on hers as well. Given the number of staff over the lunch break this should not have been an issue.

the restaurant was very cold. The toilet was dirty - there was no paper. and the tables were sitting uncleaned for a long time - with many staff - and only 2/3 of the tables were occupied. I would not visit again.

If you are ordering using deliveries app, steel your patience, hold your nerves. Costumers considered as ‘second hand’, delivery drivers as beggars waiting a free coffee.

Placed an order online, sat inside waiting for it to be called, never got called, I went up and they were rude about it for no reason. Drinks was nice but the woman could of been nicer about it.
