The lady has known about it as some days ago I said how uncomfortable I felt about finding different items which do not have printed price, like scones, bananas…. . So, today Donna saw me aproching the self-service and immediately offered me service at the till. She took my basket to the till, scanned the products for me and finished the service with a smile. It was a very very pleasant morning and I am very grateful to this lady for her profesional help and friendly
