Joel Carpitanos★We bought x3 drinks from Costa Kingfisher Redditch and one of the barista said we can’t ask for a glass of ice even we bought Coke and also I ate donut that I didn’t get from them and they tell us off that we’re not allowed to consume it in there and we understand and say sorry but the worst thing is that one barista ask us to leave Costa and we didn’t even had a sip of our drinks and that is so disgusting attitude towards customers.These 2 employees should thought to have a good attitude but they are very rude for asking us to leave Costa.
Reiss Bassett★I went into this costa this afternoon. I was amazed when I heard a member of staff berating another from another room. Not sure what has happened but the one shouting (which must’ve been a manager by her language) sounded bang out of order and I certainly wouldn’t like to be spoken like that. Train your people better Costa!!!
Robbo Senior★This is apparently a large latte. Once I had scraped off all the foam, this is the amount I am left with. Why can't baristas EVER get it right?! We don't want a half cup of foam. We want a large drink!
Catherine Drain★★★★★I visit this store most Mondays with my baby grandson..the staff are always friendly and helpful and seem to go that extra mile even when not asked, I've seen them approach and help people. They are also very quick at cleaning and I've observed table clearing when shifts finish or it's lunchtime and they take the trays back to the kitchen.
