Been here loads of times and these places are not really looked after. Expensive as well. Over £11 for cheese and ham toastie which was cold. Mince pie and regular Latte. Place always seems like it needs a good clean. Sunday staff not very interested or organized. Not a great experience. Will find an alternative for a Sunday lunch stop off.

13th of December 2025 - 3.20pm I was waiting at the counter to order while one barista (female) was free, yet I was completely ignored for several minutes. She served customers before me, then proceeded to wash dishes and chat with her colleague, despite me standing right in front of the till and clearly waiting. No acknowledgment, no “I’ll be with you in a moment”. After ordering, the second barista (male) prepared my drink and left it sitting on the counter without calling or making any gesture to indicate it was ready — even though I was sitting directly in front of the bar. I went into Costa earlier on a random Tuesday around 2-3 hours before it closed. There were lots of people waiting and only 1 person serving who was very slow. The other was cleaning and as a result of low service lost a few customers and therefore money. One toilet was closed because it had been cleaned despite the fact that this Costa was still open for 3 more hours…. The ladies were nice however kept talking so made the process even worse. The drink was okay however the whole process took a while.

This is another perfect Costa Coffee shop in Reigate! It is somewhat hidden down the alley from The High Street to Morrisons Car Park. However the service was a tiny bit slow but it is still good enough to get 5 stars! -TYSM!
