Visited early morning after being at the gym. The two girls were far too busy talking to each other to give any form of service. The order before mine was two drinks, one being a tea. Why did they not make the tea whilst the coffee was being made? No, they will make it one by one, so they could carry on chatting. Then it came to my order, a simple cortado with semi-skimmed milk. She looked at the ticket three times, did I get semi-skimmed milk. No!! Why did I not get the milk printed on the thrice looked at ticket, because the customer was an inconvenience to them and their need for chatter! V

I really love visiting this store, all the staff are super friendly and serve drinks quickly, we visit that often that some members even remember our order. The staff always have a smile and are happy to answer any questions or give there honest thoughts about drinks. I had a problem with the prices of drinks always changing each time and extra charges being applied when they shouldn't. I contacted the owner and it was resolved quickly. I really love going here with my family, just sitting and watching the world go by and enjoying a coffee together. They serve plenty of food with vegan opti
