“Always great food and Always expensive”

Nice air conditioned so no execuse for rude staff. Spent over £20 and asked for a packet of their football stickers, was rudely told we do not do them, I replied oh have you run out to be told we have not done to which I replied well you did them last week. Its not the stickers but to be treated so off hand. Shopworkers should not be abused but neither should customers be spoken to rudely.

"It isn't just food", well, it is, but IMO, it is generally has most flavoursome dishes, from any highstreet supermarket (including Waitrose, meats and fish comparable quality). There are a few things that let it down .. They don't always have stock on the shelves, for me, a big disappointmen when there is no pack of large sausage rolls (just the basic ones, but by far the most 'superior basic' anywhere). Large deli coleslaw often unavailable, or having a ridiculously short Use By, generally the next day. These are two staples that I visit for. Also, the quality of the chicken in the 'takeaway

Good selection of food, free parking, it gets very busy which can be a bit frustrating when you want to actually look at the produce as people are quite impatient these days and can not seem to use their voices to say excuse me they tend to stand looking annoyed, huff and puff, or lean over and basically shove you out of the way, the store could do with being bigger due to it's popularity. It's great that they do smaller meals for one it is ideal for elderly people who eat a lot less meaning less waste, the selection for those meals could do with having a wider variety, but mum was pleased wit

I had a really good experience at Marks & Spencer. The employee named Faizanur provided great customer experience. He was friendly, professional, and very approachable throughout. He took the time to help properly and guided me to exactly what I wanted even though he said that he works in Ops. I was very pleased and I would recommend anyone coming to this branch.
