Love that place!! Team is great!! Chai tea is the best I’ve ever had elsewhere! If you don’t like your drink - they remake it for free!! Always friendly and welcoming atmosphere! And to those who post bad reviews about a homeless man being kicked out of there - get the correct information first!!! That man was coming in a lot trying to steal food and harassing young girls sitting in!! That store manager did good job for their store and customers!!!

Service is not great at all, definately not what you would expect in a not busy, quite cafe. A little bit of smile and a simple courtesy would be absolutely enough. Managment definately needs to remind staff about customer care in this place. Cleaning tables especially when not busy is a must in such a place in a heart of Southend. Some customers may feel like intruders. Not good at all for the company name. Coffee and cake were absolutely fine though.

Nice Starbucks and better than it looks from outside. Coffee and hot chocolate were good but we did have to return to get our cups refilled as too much just froth on the top of both. Nice and bright inside with lots of seating but it could definitely have been cleaner as lots of cups left on tables and our table wasn’t clean. On the plus side it’s open way longer hours than Costa and Caffè Nero. And staff were friendly and efficient.

Not a great experience tbh , when we got to the counter the girl behind was complaining she got cinnamon all over her face. The 2 young girls serving clearly thought there job was too have a laugh as when there friend walked in started laughing and shouting instead of actually serving. All the tables free which was quite a few were dirty and had old cups on them. Not great for a Starbucks
