Today, we ordered six coffees from the Costa Coffee branch on Lord Street in Southport. Unfortunately, our order was picked up by an incompetent Uber Eats driver and delivered to the wrong address, which was clear from the photo of the front door provided in the app. ​When we went to retrieve our coffees from the neighboring property, we were falsely told by a member of staff that our order had been thrown in the bin. However, it was obvious they had kept it, as an empty plastic coffee cup was sitting right there. ​Frustrated, we went directly to the Costa Coffee store on Lord Street. This is

Been going to Costa for years and i have a few i go to including this one. So iv not been to this one for a while and thought id give it another try and my god it has gone below 0 the staff are misserable poor communication skills nobody wipes the tables and the manager is lazy looks like he doesnt want to be there. The toilets are filthy and i went in to use the downstairs toilet and it had poo on the floor. I will not be coming to this Costa ever again!
