When I have been previously to this store found it very organised friendly. Went today, to pick up and click and collect, took 15 mins to find a parking space, although not the stores fault it will effect their sales as if I didn't have the click and collect I would have given up and gone elsewhere to shop. Thought I would have a look round the sales, frankly it was a complete mess, previous sales (mainly shop children's) have been still neat and tidy even when sales are on, but there was clothes all over the floor and half eaten food left on the shelves, I gave up looking through the jumble s

Brought this vase and stems from the stevenage shop. When I saw it i fell in love. They didnt have any on the shop floor so I took the one on display. The arrangement was stunning kudos to the member of staff who did the display give them employer of the month for such an elegant peice of work. It now looks stunning in my hallway and matches my deco perfectly 10/10

Very good service received from mens wear department when buying a blazer. Nice layout store but inside felt very warm in the middle of the afternoon. When enquired we were told this store does not have air-conditioning working since number of years. As we are expecting heatwave, how are the staffs going to work in poor condition. It's not like M&S who doesn't care about their hard working staffs. Wake up Management or is it up to the customers to report to health and safety standards.

This is a huge clean and Marks and Spencer’s. Love the entrance with Fruit and Veg along with the Bakery department laid out with many attractive displays. It’s so nice to shop with so much room to browse. Would rank as one of the best Marks and Spencer’s we have been in and just wish our local one was as nice. Lots of parking, but very busy on a Saturday morning when we visited, most spaces were occupied.
