Popped into Casper’s on Saturday for a treat and had a really great experience. The service was quick and friendly, and our desserts arrived in no time. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and packed with flavour. The portions were generous and presented really well too. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a sweet treat. It’s always great when the food is as good as the service, and Casper’s definitely delivered on both. We’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty dessert and great service

had such a good time at kaspa's in taunton. the service was genuinely spot on! quick, friendly, and way more organised than i expected for a dessert place. the desserts were ridiculous in the best way… proper big portions and loads of flavour! honestly thought it might be overrated but it fully delivered. not sure about the rose flavoured spanish iced latte though lol

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The place is usually very well lit up but there isn't a great deal of people which means there's space for walk-ins for large groups most of the time. The food is in line with other Kaspa's - very consistent. For the service, the food did come at various different times which wasn't great because some people would have to wait quite a while for theirs while others already had theirs. Had an amazing experience at Kaspas, I specially tried their desserts and the donuts were absolutely delicious fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, and whoever manages this place is doing a fantastic job. Truly a 10/10 experience! Whenever I visit Taunton again, I will definitely come back here to try their desserts. Highly recommended for anyone who loves sweet treats and great customer service!
