Marks & Spencer is my favourite shop, which is why I wanted to share this feedback. Unfortunately, the fitting rooms are often quite dusty and could benefit from more regular cleaning. I have mentioned this to staff a few times, but the issue still seems to persist. It can be difficult to try on clothes when dust transfers onto both my own clothing and the items I am considering purchasing. I hope this can be improved, as I really enjoy shopping at Marks & Spencer and would love the fitting rooms to reflect the high standards of the store. Thank you

My daughter used the bra fitting service on 23/6/26 and Vicky looked after her. Vicky was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She put my daughter completely at ease and clearly knew her job really well. She is a complete asset and credit to both the store and herself

Not my local Marks and Spencer, but love the Telford shopping centre and love the M&S brand. This visit was a massive disappointment. The selection of the men's department was beyond poor. Also from the moment I visited, it became apparent the security guard on duty was clearly following me and my female friend around the store whilst we were simply trying to enjoy our day. This made my entire visit uncomfortable when browsing, everywhere I went he was there, including being near the fitting room when I tried an item on. Very off putting so I only brought one item and left the store. Feel let

I’ve been a long time customer of this particular M&S, have got to know Sarah. Even on the most depressing of Telford days this place cheers me up, good food & drink selection. Seriously hope it remains open otherwise closure of it would kill the town stone dead. Long live Telford’s M&S. P.s. better than the Shrewsbury branch!
