I come in here pretty regularly and it’s usually all good but today was outright dangerous. It’s a heatwave and you have your staff and customers in a room with glass walls and no AC. You could tell the staff were very visibly struggling. Not okay in any shape or form. If you don’t have the facilities or infrastructure keep people safe, maybe don’t put profit over people and don’t open up to the public? I’ll stick to other locations from now on.

Today I visited the store and I have to say Ben made my day.☺️ Ben went over and beyond his role and gave amazing service. I'd like to personally thank him and say he's a credit to the company I 100% will return. Many thanks. We only had drinks.

Absolutely appalling service from Phil! He was rude and obnoxious when asking for a pup cup alongside my drink. He was very abrupt and condescending, when they clearly state they are a dog friendly cafe. My drink was called out but no name, so there was confusion over whose drink it was. I soon realised he couldn't wait to get outside the front door to vape! Clearly had, had enough of his day and couldn't even give service with a smile. Will not be returning to this store!

Coffee was good as expected. Service was slow considering no one was in front of me. Drinks made but I had to repeatedly ask where are the croissants. These were asked for cold so can’t understand why they weren’t brought out. Others behind me were getting their drinks and cookies. Not the best experience at a Starbucks. Afraid Starbucks doesn’t meet the standards of Cafe Nero, Costa or Coffee No 1 which are definitely my preferred top 3. All the tables needed cleaning and half had dirty dishes on despite 4 members of Staff milling around behind the counter
