Initially we ordered the mint hot chocolate and it came green in colour looking nothing like the image and tasted of mouthwash. There had been a grumpy woman on the counter so we tried to drink it but it was disgusting. Then the lovely Ty came over we spoke with him and he was friendly apologetic also admitting the drinks didn’t look right. He straight away took our cups and brought us fresh drinks. Absolutely lovely guy a great asset to the branch. This time we had a plain drink and enjoyed it. Thankyou so much Ty you are a superstar!! Ty gets 5 stars but the grumpy lady zero hence only 4 sta

We were served promptly and by helpful friendly staff even though it was fairly busy mid afternoon. Coffee was good and as per our order. Not the cleanest tables etc. The toilet was disgusting!! Atmosphere not great but that was down to other patrons being loud/disruptive and in the case of more than 1 group, lacking in personal hygiene......which explains the lack of cleanliness perhaps!

Such a great Costa in Totton. Staff are always warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. They all have excellent barista skills and coffee tastes amazing. Here is an example of my husbands flat white by Vicky, No wonder it is always busy! Thanks all for all your hardwork!
