Coffee and food was great as usual from any Starbucks, however the gentleman serving with glasses was very rude. Asked for a cinnamon swirl which he said he would get after making a toastie, then when I paid and asked for my Cinnamon Swirl and he said I never asked for one and need to speak up .... after he had already responded about it earlier? Great customer service 👏 also the jumble sale not the best thing to see when you walk in. No soap to wash your hands, just sanitizer

This Starbucks location provides an excellent customer experience, offering a diverse menu with regularly updated selections. The interior is impeccably clean and appears to be meticulously maintained, with staff regularly cleaning tables, removing rubbish, and clearing used dishes. There are two restrooms, both of which I have found to be consistently clean and well-stocked. This restaurant is in the centre of Wakefield close to the bus station. I often go to this restaurant and not only in this place, but unfortunately it is often the case that the tables are not very clean, but the coffee is good compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere is nice, but there is not a lot of space, but it is enough. There are usually a lot of free tables, but often there is always someone sitting here. Of the shops here nearby is quite a selection. There is a shop of things, shoes, cosmetics, tea and much more. There are always lots of people here and it is not boring to walk a

On what gods green earth can 2 customers that get served after u get their orders first and yet your order when ordered 3 drinks u get 1 before the other people behind u have not got theirs. Nearly 5 minutes after u ordered have u got all your drinks. That is crazy. Now make it 3 people after you have their drinks before your order is complete. Madness
