Chatty without being intense, lots of smiles, and when I collected the coffee, the addition of a little message on my lid gave me a lift. Because sometimes it's the little touches that can brighten your day..

Dave Hall★★★★★After a visit to Starbucks first although in the back of our minds we were thinking of Costa all along, we walked into Starbucks to find it was smelly, dirty and no different from the bad past experience. We quickly walked out and around to Costa. The staff here and in other Costa's locally are very pleasant and welcoming. It was clean, tidy and we were served quickly, the staff kindly bought our order over to the table for us and the drinks were nice and hot, food was as expected for pastries. Costa always appears to me more friendly, cleaner and better laid out.
