Disappointed. Delivery took over an hour and only arrived after I called the restaurant to follow up. The pizza dough was nice, but there was barely any cheese on the Margherita pizzas—mostly dough and sauce. Would not order again.

Visited Fireaway Pizza Watford and had a very poor experience overall. The customer service was disappointing — the staff member serving was abrupt and came across as rude, with little effort to be polite or welcoming. The interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the food didn’t help either. The pizza was poorly made, lacked flavour, and felt rushed rather than freshly prepared. It was below the standard I’d expect, especially for the price.
