My bill was $29... and of it the Cantina Chicken Crispy Tacos was NOT worth the $12.99 price... and I didn't get my nachos chips. Bonus no straws, Double bonus, the Nacho Fries were the last batch and were very old and hard... You have you job, to care about your customers!!!

Well I was a little upset because I ordered and received the wrong thing, so I went upfront to get it corrected and had to repeat myself like 3 or 4 times which was pretty basic. When I received my revised order it was extremely small, almost like intentionally and they watched as I open it and looked at it....they were obviously waiting for my facial reaction, which wasn't favorable. What employees don't understand is that people like myself leave reviews, both good and bad, for the sole purpose of letting others know what to expect either way, good or bad. I've ordered here through an app a few times now. A couple times I had really nice food delivered to me, the rest.....well the most recent, my cheesy gordita crunch looked and smelled like dirty dish water was sprinkled on top....thanks for that. And why does my Mexican pizza always have tomatoes when I order with no tomatoes and no pizza sauce. My first job was taco bell. No excuses for the food I've received from here. The only thing edible in my order was the nachos. I wish I had taken pictures of the other items before I threw them in the trash.

Staff here on shift between 11 am and 12 pm 6/27/26 blatantly ignored customers several people walked out without being acknowledged by staff and it’s like they are walking around without a clue of how to work in the kitchen even hiding from customers. After 30 minutes of waiting for food it turns out the order was erased and never made. Management should look into a staff turnover because as someone who’s worked fast food in many restaurants this wasn’t a genuine mistake this was blatant disregard for customers
