I went to Mambo’s Cafe in Alpharetta and had an excellent experience. I tried the parihuela, green spaghetti with churrasco, and everything was amazing. The parihuela had a rich, authentic flavor, with fresh seafood that was perfectly seasoned. The green spaghetti was creamy and full of flavor, and the churrasco was juicy and cooked to perfection. There were 10 of us, and we enjoyed our time out on their patio, which was perfect for relaxed conversations and great food. We tried a variety of dishes from their lunch specials—Pechuga De Pollo A La Plancha, Pechuga De Pollo en Salsa De Champiñones, and the Vegetarian Paella.
