Have been here a few times now, it’s a great spot for classic English high tea (or afternoon tea). Good to know— people get dressed up to go here. The owner is very involved and lovely to chat with. Scones and everything very delicious except for the clotted cream, which was butter, not clotted cream. Be sure to make a reservation in advance as they typically don’t take walk ins, and very important to show up on time as each table has a time limit of 1hr 30 mins in order to prepare for the next seating. Plenty of dedicated parking behind the building.

I was in Atlanta for another event but my friend has always wanted to go to a High Tea. I searched online and saw The Ginger Room had good reviews and they were so right. Everyone was so sweet and they took a lot of time and care explaining all of our options to us and answering any and all questions we had. The food was amazing - if you have a chance to try the Shepherd’s Pie I cannot recommend it enough. The scones + clotted cream and jams were also the best I’ve ever had.
