I have eaten at this restaurant for many years, and the food is generally good and served fresh. A major fault with McDonalds is a lack of new menu items and the disappearance of previous offerings such as salads etc. Last year McDonalds finally came out with a new chicken offering called McCrispy Strips which I think should be compared to Coke's disastrous introduction of New Coke in which a century old formula was changed and flatly rejected by consumers. Customers are never greeted, I observed a customer at the cash register waiting for somebody to come take his order and I told the lady at the pickup window that there was somebody there and she said don't worry he just works here It doesn't matter if you work there or not he was a paying customer, I told the guy sorry but I tried but he just shrugged his shoulders. I know this is a very busy McDonald's and the drive-thru is open 24 hours but you still need to do your job as an employee to make sure the customer is happy I've noticed a lot of DoorDash and Uber eat drivers there frustrated bec

Unbelievable!!!! I ordered food for myself at 2AM today, lunch/dinner was still being served, I waited 2 hours on Uber Eats and all it said was “preparing your order” for 2 hours, I finally called the store after waiting and they told me “there is nothing we can do about it as it has not arrived in our system yet.” The overnight staff should seriously be fired and have new people who know what they are actually doing! I called not only after waiting 2 hours, I called at different times aswell, unbelievable! Whoever runs this place needs to find new workers for the overnights!!!
