At first glance, it's very much a "Hole-in-the-Wall" kind of place, but that is exactly what makes it great. They have a very straightforward, no frills menu (no fancy cups, no fancy locale), which allows them to keep prices reasonable. In this economy, where every outing leavea a "painful" dent on your wallet, their buy one get one free offer makes it possible to treat the entire family. The sugar boba is fresh, the popping boba tastes like it's meant to (mango, strawberry, etc), and the rainbow jelly we tried was on point. What i loved most, you can really taste the green and jasmine tea

I've tried a couple of times but just dont see how teas have no flavor. The drinks weve had were pretty bland and just taste like mild and sweetener. I'd rather purchase at full price for a GOOD tasting drink any time.

I love their milk teas! Especially since they're buy one get one free! Makes it taste even better! Lol I'd recommend this place! For two milk teas, it was $4.80 and it's a nice normal size. They sell little things as well. Got 3 stickers for $1. I love coming here when I'm in town! Thank you guys!
