The problem I have with this Corporate Location is the lack of care for their customers. Managers treat some of their employees badly specially the employee with Disability. The trash cans are a joke, you can't place trash properly. The Location in Cermak Plaza makes a superior job at customers service and its can trash are old but designed properly and built with good materials, they don't have the equipments this Location has but they have the Right People.

This McDonalds establishment is constantly getting orders wrong. They conveniently forgot to add the item i paid extra for !! They have only gotten worse these past years management has abandoned this sinking ship, all you see is frantic running back and forth and no one in charge, orders go unchecked and the customer takes the fall. Atmosphere was bad interior smelled rancid and floors were sticky by the kiosk! This place is really just a reflection of its community.

The worst McDonalds ever , not only you guys have the worst employees but the rudest employees ever , every time I come in this locations OH MY GOD !! The employees can never get the order right never every time I come here it’s never a miss when my order is wrong. I went to get breakfast today in the morning I order sausage McGriddles , why in the actual world did I get 6 McMuffin and dry as hell too .. coffee isn’t made right coffee soo disgusting with no flavor it’s like you guys don’t put no sugar… do better and higher better people . Out here playing with peoples money and food like fo

The food is so good here don’t get me wrong always fresh but never fast. I always have to park away to wait for my food at the drive thru. I also alwaysssss have to wait over 10 minutes or longer! For a mcchicken and a sundae… the food and atmosphere is amazing just wish they were quicker with my food. It’s always a common thing.
