To go back home doesn't take me no more than 10 minutes. When we got home to start eating the food, everything was cold. Our burgers and fries. Ive gone to Tams in HP and by the time we get home to eat the food everything is still hot and it usually take me way more than 10 minutes to get home. So I know that when they gave me the food it was already cold. Never going back to this jack in the box. Ill rather drive farther to tams and get my food hot. They gave me the food within minutes so that means they just have the burgers ready getting cold. Ive gone to other jack in the boxes and I do wa

Food is pretty good just as the same as every other Jack in the box around what stood out for me about this location apart from the rest is the customer Service I always receive from an certain employee by the name of Melanie! Most of the times I've come here it has been extremely busy, you can see a lot of the employees are doing their best under stress but this girl always has a smile and keeps it on throughout it all always very pleasant. We have like 3 other locations in this area but it's customer service like her's that always makes me choose this location amongst the rest it's these
