02/28/2026 ZEROOOOOOOOOOOOOO CARE FOR CLIENTS, AND SPECIALLY KIDS ORDERS. No too long ago since my last review and I had the same issue. Missing items on my order. Happy Meal + Filet O'Fish and no happy meal was ever place on the bag. This place is a joke! And now will someone come and place the responsibility on the delivery partners, no, you have an issue with your employees. Wondering how this place is still open. Went through the drive though, and asked for honey mustard and ranch and they forgot to put it in the bag, and when asked again for the sauces, the lady gave me a horrible attitude as if it was an inconvenience even though they charge you for sauces. And to make matters worse, when I got home and opened the bag I had ordered two large fries , and they halfway filled them to the point you can barely see them. Whats the point in upcharging when they can’t even give you the full price point of your meal. Now I wasted my money and my pregnant wife is left still hungry.

Wow. Night and day compared to the McDonald's farther down Highway 60 in Valrico. This location actually seems to care about customer service. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and even when I had to wait in a parking spot, the team was apologetic and professional. The other location could learn a lot from this one. Whatever they're doing here, they're doing it right.

Large Fry, thinly cut and undercooked with no salt ! Not to mention I was told to pull forward and wait for what I thought would be the size ordered, pure rubbish ! I will never return to McDonalds again !
