Texas tradition great burgers love their crispy fries. Restaurant was nice and clean staff very polite and helpful. Was kinda packed yet service was fast and food was hot and fresh.

Drive thru cashier sounded high and got my order completely wrong, so I had to wait even longer in line. When I received my order they gave me the smallest additional chicken strip that costed me $2. Complete waste of money. Oh and the box looked smashed like in the photo.

Unfortunately this whataburger has disappointed me way too much with the new change in management. Manager Laura is never available and staff excluding a few are very rude and not helpful. I've noticed change in personal and they use the excuse of am new they continue to mess up orders even after they have customers. Only employees that have been helping are the hosts Martin and Ambrosio and the drive thru girls Chantel and Anna. Was one of my favorite spots to eat now reconsidering going to other whatburgers to see if the service is better or same

Whataburger on Central Blvd is by far the best. Customer service is amazing. Needless to say employees are wonderful, cheerful, curious, and kind. The food for some reason taste a lot better than the rest. It's never sloppy, never wrong made. My orders have always been done correctly. Their drive thru line is always moving fast. It's never been a still line through drive thru. Brownsville has a lot of Whataburger's but the one on Central in my opinion is the best
