If i could give ZERO stars i would. Me and my gf used to come here all the time same time last year and there was a complete different crew. The people who work there now constantly have an attitude and are always so rude when we’re trying to order and constantly saying “anything else” in the worst tone possible. We spent almost 20 dollars here the other day and they gave us chicken that was burnt, and mostly batter. our mac and cheese wasn’t even filled all the way to the top. Only half. It’s honestly ridiculous get these people UNDER CONTROL.

if you’re not a demanding old person it’s a hit or miss, tenders used to be big and not half fried batter, last few times i’ve got it they’re fr the size of two salt packets

The owner of this establishment needs to fix whats wrong with it instead of saying "Im sorry". Food is good but my first time in here wasn't pleasant. It was unclear where to submit the order at the drive thru. I waited at the speaker/menu for a long time. No one asked to take my order. So I proceeded forward. I found another menu but there was no speaker that I could find and no one asked for my order. I gave up waiting and went to the window. The women there told me it will be $15. I went through the drive through to get food, and I was wanting sauce. I came back in and a few minutes later, this nice black lady with dreads helped me. While I was waiting she fell backwards onto the floor it completely made my day and made up for the mess up I sure hope she’s ok.😂😂
