The employee at the counter named Larry was very polite, professional, and helpful. He had a very good attitude, and one can tell that he takes a lot of pride in his work. He went above and beyond in how he served me and the other customers. Additionally, the food was very delicious, and it came out quickly - I did not have to wait long at all for my order. I would highly recommend this Whataburger!

Friendly staff, good family friendly atmosphere and clean. The burger was delicious, not a greaseball and the beef is so fresh perfect. The fries were also fried to perfection. The ONLY reason the food section doesn’t get five stars from me is that the fries were salted too heavily for my taste. That’s it.

To the representative in charge of reading Google reviews at this Whataburger location, I would like to let you know that your cashier, Sara, has great customer service. Your night shift manager, Ashley, does not. I ordered my food, and went over to get drinks. I got the Dr. Pepper and Fanta Strawberry, then taste tested them both. They were not strong at all, they had a flat taste. Which means the CO2 levels were low. I told Sara politely that the soda was on the flat side, and she let her manager know. Her manager RUDELY told her, "Well, change them." and walked to the back to continue worki

I entered the restaurant and waited at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. The dining area was not well maintained—there was visible trash on the floor, and several tables had sauce spills that had not been cleaned. The environment was also quite loud, which made the experience less comfortable. Additionally, a woman who appeared to be a manager, based on her attitude and interactions, was speaking to her coworkers in a loud voice and showingan attitude that seemed loud and unprofessional.
