Del Taco

I used to love Del Taco because their hard shell tacos were always better quality than Taco Bell. The meat tasted better, the shells stayed crunchy, and it was one of the main reasons I kept coming back. Unfortunately, my recent visit was really disappointing. The meat tasted like the quality had gone way down, it was greasy, and the hard taco shell got soggy quickly. It honestly tasted worse than Taco Bell, which is sad because Del Taco used to be my favorite for tacos. I hope this was just an issue at this location and not a permanent change, because the quality is what made Del Taco stand

Sorry to say this. I don't like giving bad reviews. But this one is kinda sad. I used to love coming to this Del Taco. In today's experience was completely horrifying. First, the do it yourself order system. Did not work. The guy who was supposed to print it up and knew it couldn't do it. He didn't know how to there's no courtesy or kindness from any one in there. And the food I sat there and watched 4 other customers leave before. I got my food waiting for nachos of all things so that the other food that they prepped first for me is cold. Now, as I waited for the nachos to be made and I watch

The short monster Claudia working the drive thru had horrible customer service. If shes not happy working fast food she should simply leave the job. (Friday 12:53pm) From greeting to getting my food, she should change the way she talks to people. The tone of her voice is so bitter and rude. I will be coming back because I love del taco but hopefully she never helps me ever again. Smile!

We literally threw out the food after one bite and spat it all up. It was absolutely disgusting. The shrimp was old and it smelled terrible. There was nothing jumbo about it. The fish tacos were even worse! What a waste of money. Called the store immediately after and she immediately said you already returned the fish tacos? She confused me with a different customer… but obviously I wasn’t the only one. Absolutely terrible food.
