Super yummy! I adored the miso ramen. Most of the time the pork in the ramen is really tough but the pork slices were tender. Flavor was great. Pork katsu was also perfectly fried and tender. Great flavor of curry. Goyza was yummy. Great dining experience. Loved all the Japanese decor. They even have fortunes.

I ate at Gonzo on a Saturday around 5:45 PM. The restaurant wasn't busy - you order food first and then grab a table. We tried the tonkotsu ramen, chicken karaage, and takoyaki. The tonkotsu ramen was very good - the chashu portion was very generous compared to other ramen places. The chashu pieces were big and thick. The chicken karaage was very fresh and crispy. I thought the takoyaki was a let down - it has very little octopus and the filling was reminiscent of mashed potatoes. By the time we were done eating, the line was very long and it was clear the servers wanted us to leave our table.

Fun atmosphere, excellent ramen and friendly staff. The house made chili oil is fantastic. We tried all 4 ramen and the favorite of the group was the spicy miso. Second pick was the black garlic. But honestly, all were very good.

Great food, great atmosphere. The black garlic ramen was good, but I don’t eat enough ramen to know what separated it from other good ramen. However, the takoyaki was delicious, and the pork katsu with the teriyaki sauce was also so good! The side of spicy had good flavor but was not very spicy, so if you have a tolerance for heat, perhaps go for the super spicy.
