The Block & Bottle was a great brunch experience and a spot I’d happily return to. The standout for me was the Breakfast Hangover Burger. The combination of smoked ham, egg, avocado, cheese, jalapeños, onion straws, and sriracha aioli was surprisingly balanced and incredibly flavorful. We also enjoyed the Monte Cristo, which was crispy, cheesy, and well executed, along with the fresh warm donuts for dessert. The service was friendly and attentive, and everything arrived promptly. Overall, a really enjoyable meal and a restaurant that’s well worth visiting if you’re in Castle Rock.

What a great little place for an awesome meal! There were 9 of us and not one of us had a complaint. Everyone raved about what was put in front of them!! I decided on the Cajun shrimp and lobster linguine. It was a very flavorful dish! Really well done! I was really impressed with our server. His name was Joey. He was so friendly, accommodating, and eager to please! He is excellent at what he does!! We had a reservation so we were seated immediately. The restaurant was emaculate and attractive. Parking could be an issue for some. We had to park a couple blocks away but no big deal. Give it a t

The food is 10/10. The beef mixture used in the burgers is so flavorful. The food was brought out fast, hot, and delicious. The staff was super polite, and very attentive. Our server/bartender, Oliver, was the 6th out of 5 stars. If you like rum drinks and he is working, ask him for an “Oliver’s Twist”(on a daiquiri) it is amazing.

Always a great escape in your day. Plenty of outdoor / indoor seating - love their covered and heated patio seating. Staff is lean but hustling so take care of them and enjoy a break from the grind and relax here. Top restaurant in Castle Rock all around 🏆
