I waited for 2.5 hours for a DoorDash order to be filled and the manager refused to look up our orders (they were dropped from the system and needed to be looked up to fill) so we literally begged for her to look them up, no go. She locked the doors so guests and independent drivers had to use drive thru, we snuck the drivers in and people waiting in the drive thru for over an hour to use the bathroom anyway cause that’s just cruel and you’re messing with our money. They focused on drive thru and didn’t care about dropped orders. Garbage management, she was rude and couldn’t stop for 2 minutes

Just wanna shout out the recent crew for about the past 3-6ish months that works in the middle of the night. Manager is Autumn, and the person working the driveway thru with short hair and bracelets, everyone is always friendly and it’s one of the few and only places I don’t have to check the food before I leave. Recently even had an issue where I ordered my food and couldn’t come get it but the order still went through therefore charged my card. Customer service got back to me the next day and I even got my money back right away. Employees here are rockstars! We love this T-Bell 💜🔔

This location is seriously disappointing. My food is wrong more often then correct and ALWAYS get treated like we're the problem for them messing it up. Things are always missing when I order multiple meals/items and their almost no help at all when you tell them something is wrong.

Horrible timing on food I receive old chicken nuggets in the deluxe box that was 11.49 for starters . Saw that employees were just standing around not doing anything but having a conversation thru the mirror of the windows instead of working when food is brought to window it was cold food n the chicken nuggets where old n dried out n discolored at night crew yall suck! “Do Better”! didn’t get a receipt for my food horrible just horrible customer service and food was unacceptable…💯✅🗣️ Wouldn’t recommend eating at this establishment! Especially at nite
