Never had whataburger before today and food was outstanding. Gotta say the staff was what made it awesome. I had a lady in a pink shirt and a manager recommend a meal and that was awesome. I had came back in to take pics of menu to show folks back home and Derick was so nice about offering a menu that was holdable, he was also very nice to ensure we had a clean table and if we needed anything. Great service like that from a bunch of employees is very rare and definitely made a lasting impression! Thank you guys for going above and beyond for a first timer lol

Lady in the drive thru was rude and seemed unhappy doing her job. She lacked basic customer skills and pleasantries. Will not be returning after this and after getting a burned burger... who let's this go out?

Got our order and the fries were hard and cold. Looked at their fry area and they had several fries prepackaged sitting there. Asked for fresh fries and had to wait for a certain employee to come back. Waited 5 minutes for fries to be dropped. Meanwhile they are serving customers the fries that has been sitting out in warmer. When fries were done, they mixed them with fries sitting in fry bin. Disappointed

WHATABURGER has been around since 1950! When in Texas, eat like a Texan at WHATABURGER! When your husband says he's taking you to delicious, I know we are going to WHATABURGER! You may end up with a dilemma like me. Do you eat the burger or onion rings first? The steak burger is 5" in diameter. It is between a lightly toasted bun, topped with cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions and mustard. But wait...Your hand has already grabbed an onion ring. You can already taste it in your mouth just from that wonderful smell. The perfect consistency of crunchy breading and onion. You bite into tha
