I wanna give a shout out to Dillon working in the front. I placed an order online for pick up and came to the wrong location. He didn’t even give me a hard time. He said I’ll make it here. I’ll let the other store know shout out and kudos to excellent customer service. The entire crew was hard-working and busy and made an exception for me. That doesn’t happen these days thank you, Dillon and staff at this Jack in the Box at 10:40 this morning.

Got a chicken sand. Tasted like fish. For a min I thought I was eating fish. Also they were out of Buffalo sauce AND mustard! Went back & mgr tried to "silence" me by saying I was being rude to HIM. I mean if ur food tasted like something they say they dont even sell you would be pretty stern & to the point. Mgr is just straight ignorant. Needs to be removed from duty. Asap! Followup: I reported the food quality to corporate was told the local district mgr would call me back that didnt happen. Chargeback in progress. Its been 2 wks.
