This place really has gone down hill. Went to order online but it was down. Went to the store but they were only accepting cash. Jersey Mikes it is I guess. Then today. I ordered online. It said to pick up my order at 6:50. We get there at 7:00. They still haven’t even started on them and all three employees were in the back messing around. They saw us standing there but continues doing what they were doing. Finally we were asked if we had an online order. I told them yes. Ismael seemed very confused. Love the food at subway. Came in a good mood. Didn’t include a tip and I didn’t get a “thank you have a good night” or good night at all,I said “have a good night” *silence*. If you do not include a tip these demanding workers will shun you for not leaving a tip for doing the job they’re getting paid to do.

I had placed an order at wrong location. Called right away to cancel. Rene answered the phone said I couldn’t cancel subs were made already and hung up on me. She was rude also once we picked up.
