The fries were ok, nothing really bad but nothing special. The avocado bacon burger surprised me. I love avocado on my burger but it taste good on this particular burger. I would also preferred my bacon to be cooked a bit longer. My biggest disappointment was if you took everything off both types of burgers and left only the meat, you still couldn't taste the meat. Customer service terrible. Food is okay. The tea is sour. Also missing items. I had an extremely long day yesterday so when I got off work this morning I accidentally put my order for this location and not my normal one. I’ll take the blame for that one. However I called the store multiple times to let them know what had happened even the one I normally got to called no answer whatsoever. Which means everything that happened could have all been avoided if the staff would have picked up the phone. I love Whataburger I grew up on it. Jazz in the drive through was absolutely amazing.She had customer service skills above and beyond her pay grade.She let me know about all the deals.She let me know about all the promotions.I downloaded the app was able to get a free burger.She just was absolutely wonderful and didn't treat me like I was in a drive through.
