Culver’s completely converted me on frozen custard 😂 I used to HATE it because I kept comparing it to regular soft serve ice cream, and it just wasn’t the same. But once I accepted that it’s custard and not ice cream? Game over. It’s SO smooth, rich, and creamy that now regular ice cream honestly gets put to shame sometimes. Their food is consistently good, but the service is what really stands out to me. I genuinely can’t think of a bad experience I’ve had there. The staff is always friendly, organized, and they somehow manage chaos better than most fast food places. Their whole sticky note

Waited 15 minutes at curbside watching cars come and go through the drive thru. Finally had to just go through the drive thru myself. I ordered a chicken sandwich no tomato. For some reason, they decide I didn’t need pickles either. Window person wasn’t great.

Nothing worse than getting a few miles down the road only to find out half the order is missing, waste of $30. Too far to turn around, won’t stop again. The only reason for getting two stars instead of one, the staff at the window and the person that walked the food were very nice. Disappointing, took way too long to get the order and in the end it was messed up.

We went through drive through, so I don't know what it's like inside. My fish sandwich was wonderful. Really hot so let it cool off a bit before you eat it so you don't burn your mouth. But all the employees are nice and we didn't have to wait long at all. You pull up after you pay, and wait a minute for them to bring your food out to your car. I tried the cheese poppers for the first time, they were good, fully cooked, and the cheese was stretchy, which alot of people like the cheese pull.
