jesalinh hinojosa★⚠️ SERVED RAW CHICKEN⚠️ Me and my fiancé came here today 12/16/2025 at 3:15PM we went through the drive through and I ordered a bbq chicken sandwich he ordered food as well. They had us pull up we waited 12 minutes while they finished making the food. We got our food headed home 5 minutes away and started eating. Little did I know my chicken was RAW 😭 I didn’t realize till I was eating it and took about 5 bites. Then throwing up. WHO EXPECTS TO BE SERVED RAW CHICKEN. !!! Anyways I took my sandwich back to the whataburger showed Brandon the GM and he gave me a refund. He offered to remake it

Catherine Fox★Whataburger is my favorite fast food. This specific location is the worst. They have never gotten my order right. Ever. I have them too many tries. Now I drive an additional 10 minutes to a different location. Just be aware and go to a different location if you're looking to go to a Texas classic. Just hoping this message gets someone to clean up this place for the better.
