Today I went into order different types of plates. The octonauts this time where all the $5.99 deals! I guess the size of the fish have changed. Captain D’s is a fish & seafood restaurant. I love the crispy fried fish. Especially when cooked fresh and served hot. They have shrimp, chicken strips, crab cakes, and lots of sides. Usually a little on the slow side. But that is fine if it is served hot like I mentioned above. Captain D’s is more of a fast food restaurant than a place like Red Lobster, in my opinion. Prices are a little high when you consider drinks do not come with the meal. They do have specials they promote every month. And we get coupons in the mail pretty regularly. For us, it is an occasional place to eat.

A good place to get fish. I waited and no one took my order. They served my mom when she came in. They are catering to senior citizens. No problem. There are new staff. I used buy the family meal for family all the time, before the price went up. I'm giving for stars for overall and the food being fresh and hot in temperature each visit.

I ordered food from the drive-thru and had to pull up and wait (no problem). I look into my bag after I pulled off and noticed my shrimp was missing from my order. I turned around and went back to the location and they gave me my shrimp. On the way home I opened the box and ate a piece of my fish and noticed some parts felt wet/cold but I wasn’t sure why. I get home and open my bag and see used gloves that were left in the bag with my food!!!! I’m unable to get back out today but I’ve attempted to call several times with no answer. I will be returning Thursday requesting a refund and contactin
