“They have the cheapest coffee and it's really goood!!”

Went through the drive-thru multiple times now and the receipts never have anything on them—it's always out of ink. They made me pay for a gravy biscuit, and I ordered an extra one with it just to pay for it, only for them to tell me they don't have it. In return, I was given a 1 dollar 80 cent biscuit in return for my 10 dollar meal. I won't be coming back to this McDonald's. It's more money-efficient to spend money on gas and go to a better McDonald's. Stay as far away as possible!

I am filing this complaint so an inspector can review this McDonald’s location. The way this restaurant is being operated is unacceptable and raises serious health and safety concerns. The food is being cooked and sold in poor condition, the employees appear unhygienic and unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness of the store is disgusting. The floors are dirty, staff are not wearing gloves, hairnets, or proper sanitary gear while handling food, and basic food safety standards do not appear to be followed. It was really very good to be in this place where they are really very friendly, they do a good job .. the food 10 out of 10 .. the clean tables .. the bathroom very clean everything in its place. the employees well presented all tidy and very friendly. super recommended. I love this McDonalds but this is the 2nd morning in a row, I have not gotten a gas brown with my breakfast meal. They refuse to answer the phone, so you can’t speak to manager (not even calling to complain just put me down for another one) It gets frustrating paying for something and not getting it.
