Drew took our order in the drive-thru tonight. He convinced me to try the Strawberry Fields salad with raspberry vinaigrette. It was absolutely delicious!! He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, and I now have a new favorite salad thanks to him. Our order was prepared accurately and quickly and delivered to our car by a friendly and sweet young man with special needs. This is a very impressive operation, and we will continue to go out of our way to dine here. Thank you!!

I want to recognize Cooper, the manager at Culver’s in Crown Point, for providing exceptional customer service. There was a mix-up with my order, and after I got home, I called the restaurant to explain the situation. I hadnt been to culvers in a while, but always remembered it being high quality food. It is sad to see that they have gone the way of the rest of fast food in american and have raised prices and lowered their quality. The chicken tenders, which cost $9 for a 4 pc, were just long chicken nuggets. Anything for increased corporate profits though, right?

Do not door dash from here. Make sure you check your orders. Twice now they’ve forgotten my entire meal. When I came to get it, they just handed me the food that had been sitting on top of the heating tray where the cooks pass the meals over, (not under neath the heat lamps , on the outside(or top) for the past almost 30 mins. I got home, it’s cold. The manager was not helpful. They weren’t even busy. Contacted Culver’s explaining my frustration, was told that door dash handles it. News flash, door dash doesn’t “bag” your order, the employees do. And it was improperly bagged and passed out. So
