Went to the Hardee’s 1080 Eldorado, Decatur IL (store #1500931) and ordered two meals in the drive-through. What was delivered in the bag in no way resembled what was on the menu board. I paid over $25 for what I would describe as a bag of slop. The fries we ordered were supposed to be mediums, but were tiny little bags, so I suspect they were small size.We did not finish the sandwiches and threw quite a bit away. It was a terrible experience. I will say that you cannot charge adults that kind of money and deliver that substandard of a product and expect us to return to your establishment. Th

The lobby kind of felt old, and greasy, though, the food was good, and they werent very polite, kind of rude at the register when taking the order. I also noticed a couple intentional, slang inuendos being thrown around from kitchen staff, to cash register about customers, though, the customers didn't catch on to it; I did, and didnt feel that it was very polite. More ignorance if you ask me, and definitely wasn't how a restaurant should treat customers even if they were echelon enough to catch the volgur.

The ladies that work in the mornings are very nice and friendly. I always interact with the lady in the drive thru and she tells me to have a blessed day. It makes me happy. My food is always fresh and hot. Super bacon biscuit is the way!

I'm highly disappointed in this establishment. I got hit in the drive thru was asked to pull up so I did. I didn't realize I wasn't pulled up enough so they came out and was very rude said I was holding her entire drive thru up. Again it wasn't intentional I didn't realize but I don't appreciate the attitude and the lack of sympathy of my car getting hit and me trying to figure out the next step.
