I live right next to this Panera bread - over the last 6 months I have been in multiple times and there is never anyone in the front to take orders/assist customers. Yesterday, I tried to order some soup and had to wait 5 minutes just for someone to come around the corner and say hello. She did not say hi, just “what do you want?” I told her I was paying with cash and she directed me to the tablet and was annoyed I was paying with cash? She had to run to get someone else to perform The transaction because she had no idea how to do it?? Please be better about hiring staff who is friendly, compe

Don’t get me wrong. This place is good and all but at the same time I bought a up charge on their soup to have more and it’s the same as the regular soup for pick me two I literally told the manager that I spent more money on it and she literally was like that’s how our soup goes. It wasn’t even filled all the way I’m gonna show what looks like they called this filled. I would appreciate it if corporate does something this is ridiculous like if I’m paying for extra I should get extra not a basic regular size bowl

The atmosphere was great. I like the low lighting of the dining area. Had a pepperoni mozzarella melt. It was delicious! Customer service was great. Genesis was patient and helpful during ordering. Clean.

The you "pick two" menu seems rather expensive for what you get. Just ordered half a sandwich and it is not even bigger than the palm of my hand. The cup of soup seems like it would be a typical size. But I'm seriously surprised at how small this half a sandwich was for being $14 after tax without any additions.
