My wife's fries were soggy, my curly fries were like peanut brittle, and both of my burgers were soggy and smashed with all the fixings falling out. It was a disgusting mess. I have gone through the process to get a refund from the mobile app FOUR TIMES. I've spoken with the restaurant manager three times and each time he gives me a different reason why I can't be refunded. This is ridiculous, I want my money back. IT has NOT yet been 30 days and I feel like they are stalling until I am no longer eligible for a refund. IF THE OWNER OR DISTRICT MANAGER READS THESE REVIEWS, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH

I went thru the drive thru & ordered a munchie meal & there was hair all in the food. In my taco & my fries. I hate complaining but this is gross. I live far and waiting until I got home to eat. I want a refund.

No more free sauces... No I don't want to pay $1 for 4 sauces that should be free. Also the food is way too dry to not include any sauces. So for the lady in the drive through to be rude about it is crazy. Edit: after going back again I have to say they are the rudest fast food employees I've ever seen especially for forgetting more than half my items. Update #1 gave it another chance burnt the food and refused to give any sauce.

Bought a chicken teriyaki bowl for lunch since I skipped breakfast. At first I thought it was good but after closely looking I realized the brocolli was old and not good. All the brocolli florets were brown even on the inside. I thought it was just the outside layer but No. I ate a couple pieces only before I threw the whole thing away. A couple hours later my stomach was hurting like food poisoning. Never again buying from here.
