the stench of the bathroom is probably the worst i’ve ever experienced. it smelt so bad that I gasped and sharted in the process, adding to the stench. It’s the smell that just keeps on giving! That being said, I enjoyed my double jack meal

I’ve lived in Dublin,Ca. For 50 years . I don’t order their Jumbo Jacks anymore, because “they’re not” I Remember the Rodney Alan Rippy Days when the Jumbo Jacks were Jumbo ,and they took pride in their food , and service . Now ,they can’t even get the order right , or complete the orders. I’ve ordered their Bacon & Swiss 5 times in the last 2months , 3 out of the last 5 times , no Bacon . I tried calling them , number is disconnected . I’m “Very Disappointed” . Maybe Jack and The Box will do the right thing ,and make good on these orders that they messed-up on . I’m losing a lot of faith in

I ordered 6 tacos with extra lettuce and extra taco sauce and there was barely any lettuce in them. I also ordered a breakfast combo and instead of the coffee I paid extra for an orange juice fory daughter and didn't realize until after we got on the freeway that they didn't give me the orange juice. They obviously do not pay attention to customers orders. Horrible service.

I woke up in the middle of the night to place an order from here. I ordered a combo meal and a separate chicken burger with varying levels of spice. It tasted great, and I really enjoyed it. It's available 24/7.
