My low rating is due to several factors. I always do drive-thru, however there are times that if you are collecting two orders at one time, they will combine both of the orders in the same bag which is not appropriate when the two people are going in two different directions after the transaction takes place. Also there are times that you only get one of the orders instead of both of the orders and have to alert the staff that they have not given you both of the orders. This McDonald’s is the closest to my house. I went there last night with my little brother because we wanted some Spicy McChickens. The lady you took my order in DT was polite, I had asked her for 4 Spicy McChickens, 2 LARGE FRIES no salt & a cookie tote. & I also told her to go ahead & charge me for a bunch of ranches cause I had no problem paying for them. They charged me for 8, which again, it’s not the problem. I didn’t mind checking the bag because the bag seemed heavy. I love coming here every morning and being greeted by Elle’s smiling face. She’s always so upbeat, friendly, and positive—it truly sets the tone for my entire day! Elle consistently goes the extra mile to make sure my order is right, and if anything’s off, she goes above and beyond to fix it with care and professionalism. Clare is amazing too!
